The banneton is an essential tool for the baker when making lovely farmhouse, rye, maslin, organic and wholemeal loaves.
Our bannetons are made from strips of poplar. The lining, in linen cloth, is removable and washable.
The bannetons can be customized with laser etching.
You can also use them as bread baskets during presentations or tastings.
